Terms & Conditions for Catering Service:

  1. Payment: 70% payment must be received at least one week before the event date. We accept cash, checks, and credit cards.
     
  2. Cancellation: If you need to cancel your event, please let us know at least two weeks in advance. Cancellations made less than two weeks before the event will incur a 10% cancellation fee.
     
  3. Menu Changes: We are happy to accommodate menu changes up to one week before the event. After that point, we may not be able to make changes to the menu.
     
  4. Final Guest Count: We require a final guest count at least one week before the event. After that point, we may not be able to accommodate additional guests.
     
  5. Service Time: Our catering service includes a set amount of service time. If your event goes beyond the agreed-upon service time, additional fees may apply.
     
  6. Liability: We are not liable for any damage or injury that occurs during the event, including damage to property or injury to guests.
     
  7. Food Allergies and Restrictions: We make every effort to accommodate food allergies and dietary restrictions. However, we cannot guarantee that our food is completely free of allergens.
     
  8. Equipment and Supplies: We provide all necessary equipment and supplies for our catering service. Any lost or damaged equipment will be the responsibility of the client.
     
  9. Gratuity: A gratuity of 15-20% is appreciated for our catering staff, but not required.
